MILKA DUNO RECEIVES INAUGURAL VANIDADES
"TRIBUTE TO THE HISPANIC WOMAN" AWARD

Award pays tribute to the most influential female Hispanics within the community

Los Angeles , CA , December 14, 2005 …Top female racer Milka Duno has been selected to receive the 1st annual Vanidades "Tribute to the Hispanic Woman" award in the sports category. Vanidades , a leading US Hispanic publication, recognizes that Hispanic women today have had an increasing impact in the United States , representing the Hispanic community on many levels through their achievements and leadership.

Milka just completed her second consecutive season in the 2005 Rolex Sports Car Series with CITGO Racing - finishing 8th in the Driver Point Standings - the only woman out of a total of 149 male drivers.

Milka is the first woman in history to race in the highest class of the Rolex Series - the Daytona Prototype. In her first season with CITGO Racing Milka became the first woman in history to win a major sports car race in North America when she won the 2004 Grand Prix of Miami. Milka scored her second Rolex Series win at the same venue seven months later. Milka scored her first win of the 2005 season and her third career Rolex Series win at the Circuit du Mont-Tremblant in Canada .
