MILKA DUNO SELECTED AS NOMINEE FOR 2008 INDYCAR SERIES FAN AWARDS

MIAMI (September 16, 2008) – Calling all Milka Duno fans.  Now is your chance to vote for the IndyCar Series Fan Awards to be distributed at the Championship Celebration on November 5.  Among the seven categories, Milka is nominated for the “Best Heated Exchange” that features her pit lane discussion with another female driver.

Voting is easy.  Simply log onto www.indycar.com/fanawards, follow the instructions, watch the video clip and vote.  The deadline for all nominees is September 24, 2008.  Then, watch the award presentation live on indycar.com November 5 via streaming video from The Palms Casino Resort – Pearl Concert Theatre.

The remaining categories include “Best Jump,” “Best Takeout Move,” “Best Kiss,” “Heart-Breaking Moment,” “Breakthrough Performance,” and “Best Pass.”
