When talking about Vergani Racing, the results speak for themselves and leave no room for doubt: 6 absolute titles, 35 victories, 29 pole positions, 33 lap records and more than 40 podiums are perhaps the best visiting card of the team directed by Francesco Marzi.

The Vergani Racing Team erupted onto the international scene in 1994 in the European Open Lotus championship and then went on to become the most successful team.

Based in Appiano Gentile, near Milan, Italy, they broadened their structure early in 2000 by opening new quarters in Malaga, Spain.

After success in all the national and European Formula Opel Lotus championships, Vergani moved into Formula Nissan at the end of 1999 with a sensational debut: two pole positions, one victory, one second place. The following year they would finish second in the championship.

In the 2002 season the team will run only one 2 litre car, for Milka, and two cars in the new Super Nissan series, with 3 litre, V-6, 450 HP engines. Team owner Francesco Marzi has been very excited with Milka's progress this year and is looking forward eagerly to the new season and to her continued development.
